    • During their first year, our students concentrate on developing their practical skills in relaxation massage and utilizing Swedish massage therapy techniques.
    • They emphasize client-centred care and continue to hone their interviewing and assessment abilities to integrate their classroom knowledge into real-world scenarios.
    • In their second year, students integrate their advanced knowledge of assessment and massage techniques to treat more complex conditions.
    • Regardless of their academic year, all students are required to follow these procedures with each client:

    Review health history intake form with the client

    Interview the client

    Perform an assessment on the client

    Receive consent from the client

    Record their findings and formulate their treatment goals

    Consult with their clinic supervisor before proceeding with the treatment
