*All appointments will include an interview, assessment, treatment and homecare/re-assessment
*We are unable to take any clients with an active ICBC, Worksafe BC or disability claim
* CANCELLATION POLICY-please provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel your appointment, with exceptions being made for COVID related protocols. Failure to do so will result in half of the session fee being charged to your account.
* No show appointments are not appreciated as it leaves the student with incomplete hours. No-show appointments will result in the full session being charged to your account. Two no-show appointments will result in the client only being able to book same day appointments.
Forms of Payment: We will gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and Debit. We do NOT have cash on campus.
