*All appointments will include an interview, assessment, treatment and homecare/re-assessment
*We are unable to take any clients with an active ICBC, Worksafe BC or disability claim
* CANCELLATION POLICY - please provide at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel your appointment, with exceptions being made for COVID-related protocols. Failure to do so will result in half of the session fee being charged to your account.
* No-show appointments are not appreciated as it leaves the student with incomplete hours. No-show appointments will result in the full session being charged to your account. Two no-show appointments will result in the client only being able to book same-day appointments.
Forms of Payment: We will gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and Debit.
We do NOT have cash on campus. We do NOT accept gratuities.
